Although it is unlikely, if you have left an email for me in the last month or so, you'll probably need to re-send it. Subdimension (my email provider) has succumbed to the scourge of SPAM. They will no longer be offering free email thanks to people who really believe that multi-level marketing works for anyone except possibly those who start the chain.
