"I don't want to hear any excuses." Has anyone ever said that to you? If so, it was probably said in anger. So, does that mean that they don't want to hear any excuses or that they don't want to hear the reason for something? Perhaps they already have a preconceived notion of why something happened and if you tell them your reason (note, I said reason, not excuse), then they may have to re-evaluate their own anger and reasons for that anger. Well, it was interesting when I thought of it. *smirk* I'll just go to bed, now.
